- Becoming an Air hostess / Cabin Crew involves much more than being a connoisseur. It requires completing rigorous training to ensure provision of top-notch services and ensure yours and passenger safety. You will dive deep into learning all aspects of Guest Experience, ranging from a warm welcoming of passengers onboard to expertly handling any requests and dealing with situations arising during the flight.
- Inflight Services training involves attending to passenger requests, thereby providing a pleasant and memorable journey. Inflight Safety and Emergency Procedures will also form part of the curriculum, bringing about situational awareness.
